Pearce Taylor was born in Altamonte Springs, Florida, on June 7, 1990. At the age of two, Pearce moved to Deland, Florida, where he remained the rest of his childhood. Pearce played football, weightlifted, and was a cheerleader in high school for the Deland Bulldogs.
Pearce received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, in May 2012. While at the University of Central Florida, Pearce was a member of the Varsity cheerleading team. He then attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he achieved his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in May 2015. While in law school, Pearce was an active member of the student body, participating in multiple committees and student organizations and competing for the top ranked moot court team in the nation.
Following law school, Pearce was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, and is licensed to practice in all Georgia State Courts as well as the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
Pearce practices insurance defense litigation, primarily representing employers and insurers in worker’s compensation claims throughout Georgia.
He also is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Pearce enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Julia, and playing with his two dogs, Kimber and Benelli. Pearce also enjoys watching football, going to Braves games, hiking, and kayaking.
