Born in Seoul, South Korea, Elizabeth Manso is the child of an Army helicopter pilot and the wife of a retired Air Force Sergeant. The military moved Elizabeth and her family around the world, but she settled in Georgia in 2019, after her husband retired from the Air Force.

While in law school, she served as a Student Honor Justice, and co-founded the school’s chapter of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, serving on its board as Secretary, and later, President.

After passing the Arkansas bar exam, she practiced child welfare law as a state attorney, representing dependent and neglected children in the foster care system. She was awarded the Attorney Ad Litem of the Year by the Court Appointed Special Advocates in 2012 and 2018.

Elizabeth is licensed in Arkansas and Georgia. She is also an accredited attorney for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the Military Spouse JD Network.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys home improvement projects, biking with her family, and watching her son play baseball.
